VOKASI NEWS – UNAIR’s Faculty of Vocational Studies offering 21 study programs across three departments and equipping students with industry-relevant skills and career opportunities
Faculty of Vocational Studies Universitas Airlangga was established in 2014. Faculty of Vocational Studies Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) is one of the faculties in Universitas Airlangga, Surabaya. The faculty focuses on vocational education that aims to produce graduates who are ready to enter the workforce with practical skills and applicable knowledge. UNAIR Faculty of Vocational Studies often includes various academic activities and curriculum development that are relevant to industry needs.

UNAIR Faculty of Vocational Studies often organizes training, seminars, and collaborations with various companies and industries to ensure that the curriculum offered is in line with the demands of the job market. In addition, the faculty may also be involved in skill enhancement programs, soft skills development, and community service activities that support the quality of vocational education. And it also includes student achievements, such as competitions won or innovative projects they participated in.
Faculty of Vocational Studies Universitas Airlangga has 21 study programs under 3 departments. These departments are the Department of Engineering, Department of Business, and Department of Health.
The engineering department has 4 study programs:
- D3 Library,
- D4 Archives and Digital Information,
- D4 Informatics Engineering, and
- D4 Instrumentation and Control Engineering Technology.
The business department has 8 majors:
- D3 Accounting,
- D3 English Language,
- D3 Marketing Management,
- D3 Taxation,
- D4 Hospitality Management,
- D4 Tourism Destinations,
- D4 Digital Office Management, and
- D4 Banking and Finance.
The health department has 9 study programs:
- D3 Nursing,
- D4 Dental Health Technology,
- D4 Traditional Medicine,
- D4 Physiotherapy,
- D4 Imaging Radiology Technology,
- D4 Medical Laboratory Technology,
- D4 Occupational Safety and Health,
- D4 Veterinary Technology, and
- S2 Applied Diagnostic Imaging.
