The activity was held on Saturday, April 9, 2022, at 09.30 to 12.05 through Zoom Meeting. The theme raised this time is quite interesting, namely “Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS).”

The activity began with a speech by Mrs. Ratih Damayanti, S.KM., M.Kes, she said that the choice of theme was very appropriate, especially for HSE and K3 students. This is because CSMS is a provision for students when they enter the industrial world. With this activity, participants are expected to understand the implementation of the Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) as an effort to prevent work accidents in the industrial world. This is in line with the opinion of Dr. Tika Widiastuti, SE,. M.Si who stated that the theme of the Contractor Safety Management System was quite interesting considering that in the current era the industrial world is growing rapidly.

In the Alumni Lecture activity, the Alumnus of D3 K3 Eko Ranti Wahyu Yulianto A.Md K.K.K had the opportunity to be a presenter. He explained that with CSMS, the time work between the company and the contractor would be better. This is because related parties understand what is needed by other parties so as to minimize the number of work accidents and company losses. As for the activity, he also explained several stages of CSMS, namely Risk Assessment, Pre Qualification, Selection, Pre-job activity, Work in progress, and Final evaluation.

Alumni Lecture activities are held annually to facilitate the knowledge of D3 Occupational Safety and Health students. According to the Deputy Dean I of the Vocational Faculty, Dr. Tika Widiastuti, SE., M.Si, Alumni Lecture activities like this are an important part of vocational education. The students could be able to gain additional competencies or insights from alumni that are not obtained from classroom learning. This can support the hard skills of K3 students and will be better prepared to enter the industrial world.

In this Alumni Lecture activity, the enthusiasm of the participants was very high. This was evidenced in the question and answer session, many participants asked questions to the presenters. In addition, it can be seen from a large number of participants, namely more than 100 participants from active students and several alumni of D3 Occupational Safety and Health.
