VOKASI NEWS – Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) officially opened the 566th AUN-QA Programme Assessment on August 26-28, 2026. The opening ceremony took place at Amerta Hall, 4th floor of the Amerta Building. The assessment covers three study programs under UNAIR’s Faculty of Vocational Studies. They are the Applied Bachelor of Radiologic Imaging Medicine, the Applied Bachelor of Traditional Medicine, and the Applied Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
The team of assessors and AUN-QA representatives attended the event. The representatives included Assoc Prof Dr Thanapan Laiprakobsup, Executive Director of the ASEAN University Network, and Ms Ing-orn, Secretary Director. The team also included Prof Wyona, Dr Pawitra, Dr Julita, Prof Amalina, Assoc Prof Sharul, Prof John Donnie, Ms Worawee Lamor, and Ms Aiman Khan.
The opening ceremony began with the singing of Indonesia Raya and the Hymne Airlangga. The ceremony continued with a screening of the university’s introductory video and a welcoming speech from a UNAIR representative. Prof Laiprakobsup then delivered the opening remarks on behalf of AUN-QA.
The session concluded with a token exchange between UNAIR and the AUN-QA team. A group photo followed, featuring UNAIR representatives, the AUN-QA assessment team, and invited guests. The moment marked the start of the assessment process.
