Vocational News – In order to celebrate the 14th anniversary of the Office Administration D3 Study Program on March 10, 2022, the D3 Office Administration Student Association (HIMAKA) of the Faculty of Vocational Studies Airlangga University held a series of events such as Anniversary Contest, Donation to Orphans, and Sharing Month. HIMAKA The PSDM Department’s Determination Cabinet in collaboration with the SOSMALIAH Department held this Anniversary event with the theme “Grow Social Spirit with HIMAKA to Share Kindness” which aims to grow our sense of solidarity with others.
A series of activities to enliven the 14th Office Anniversary include Tiktok Competition, Poster Design Competition, Song Cover Competition, Sharing Month, and Open Donation for Donations to Orphans. This Anniversary competition was attended by all active students of the Office Administration D3 Study Program class of 2020 and 2021. The Office Branding competition was won by Aldino Putra from the class of 2020, the Poster Competition with the theme “The Effect of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 in the Scope of the Office” was won by Tasya Febri from the class of 2020, and the “Kejar Mimpi” Song Cover Contest was won by Mayasari Maulidina from the class of 2021.
For the Sharing Month activity, the Sosmaliah Department in collaboration with the PSDM Department distributed 50 packs of free rice to residents around campus B, Airlangga University. This activity took place on March 27, 2022. Furthermore, the Donation for Orphans took place on April 9, 2022 at one of the orphanages in Surabaya, namely the Ashabul Kahfi Orphanage which was attended by Ms. Rizky Amalia Sinulingga, S.Ak., M.A.B. as Trustees of HIMA D3 Office Administration, Achmad Wildan and Ananto Yudha as Chair and Deputy Chairperson of HIMA D3 Office Administration. There we gave lessons and games to the orphanage children, followed by cutting the cone and giving the collected donations in the form of money and books which are expected to be useful for others.
Nur Afza as the Chief Executive of the 14th Anniversary of D3 Office Administration said that the D3 Office Administration Study Program can be a forum for students to develop, both in academic and non-academic fields and can produce quality graduates.
