VOKASI NEWS – Indonesian Heritage (In-Herit) is a one-week short course program conducted for international students to experience the heritage of Indonesia. This program offers cultural exposure and experience conducted as a joint course between Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) and Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS).
The 5th Indonesian Heritage Course (In-Herit) 2022 will be the five In-Herit to be hybrid (blended learning).
The program will last for eight days, of which within the first five days the program will be conducted by Universitas Airlangga. Participants will be invited to online and offline visits in Surabaya and Malang, where participants will be introduced to Indonesian Herbal Medicine (Jamu) and traditional massage as well as traditional beauty care. Additionally, the participants will also be given a tutorial on how to make Indonesian Traditional Medicine.
The program’s last three days will be carried out by Universitas Sebelas Maret where participants will also gain knowledge about what they can do to contribute to the development of the creative industry in their home country.
The benefit of the program is participants will be given certificates of completion, academic transcript, and fun cross-cultural experience with local and international academics overseas.
