D4 Occupational Safety and Health is one of the study programs under the auspices of the Engineering Department of the Faculty of Vocational Studies. This study program is a development of the D3 Occupational Safety and Health study program. D4 Occupational Safety and Health was established to create graduates who are able to protect the safety and health of workers in carrying out their duties, through efforts to control all forms of potential hazards that can occur in the workplace environment. Students are not only given knowledge in the form of theory but also in practice. Students are also given the opportunity to practice field work and internships directly in companies or industries.
VISION
To become an independent, innovative and leading D-IV K3 study program at the national and international levels that is able to overcome Occupational Safety and Health (K3) problems and experts in the field of industrial hygiene in the manufacturing and construction industry sectors in 2030.
MISSION
1. Organizing D-IV vocational education in the field of K3, especially in the field of innovative Industrial Hygiene to support community service activities in the manufacturing and construction industry sectors.
2. Carrying out applied research in the field of K3, especially in the field of innovative Industrial Hygiene to support community service activities in the manufacturing and construction industry sectors.
3. Carry out community service in the field of K3, especially in the field of Industrial Hygiene based on research results in the manufacturing and construction industry sectors.
4. Build cooperation with IDUKA at the national and international levels to align graduate competencies with the needs of the world of work.
Destination
1. Producing quality K3 applied graduates who can compete in the national market based on religious morals
2. Producing innovative research in the field of K3 applied science, especially in the field of Industrial Hygiene on a national and international scale.
3. Producing community service to empower the community in the field of K3, especially in the field of Industrial Hygiene
4. Realizing the independence of the K3 Diploma Four (D IV) / Applied Bachelor Study Program which is adaptive, creative, proactive towards the development of risks in the K3 field.
